5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nearly a year ago, my wife and I decided it was time to add a new member to our family. That being a puppy, after searching the number of adverts and websites on the internet we found Nook on Lyne. What stood out above and beyond all other breeder's was the wealth of information presented to us wherever Nook on Lyne's presence was found. This included all the tests and bloodlines from where each puppy came from. We contacted Vicky via email and shortly after a phone call was initiated. Immediately we knew we were talking to someone whose life revolved around breeding puppies. Vicky invited us up to Nook on Lyne in September of 2022 to have a look around her facilities, we met all the girls and boys and even got to see her current litter from a distance. All of her dogs were so happy and the space she provided for them all was unbelievable. From this we asked to join the waiting list for a Nook on Lyne puppy, even though Ruby and Diesel's litter had not been born yet, Vicky kept us updated with how things were going with her current litter and explained in detail Vet visit's, what would be provided in puppy packs and general updates of her dogs through the time before Ruby went into season. 27th April 2023, we received a phone call to let us know our puppy (Cooper) had been born. From this point onwards daily photos and updates were presented to us, with weekly video calls so we could see how everyone was doing. Vicky enrolls you on to The Puppy Pod training before you pick your puppy up. As we are first-time puppy owners, this gave us a great insight into the things to come and we could prepare to welcome Cooper into our home. Vicky was always at the end of the phone when we had questions that needed to be answered before we picked Cooper up. Vicky was always upbeat, very knowledgeable and game for a laugh to make us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. During the lead up to picking Cooper, Vicky took note of all the things that were upcoming in our lives and what we believed we wanted from our new puppy. When we visited Vicky and Mike at Nook on Lyne to choose Cooper, Vicky explained the process that she went through for the puppy profiling, she recommended which puppy she believed would best suit us as a family, but ultimately left the choice of the puppy in our hands. When we met Cooper for the first time in person, it was like it was meant to be, he was sitting in the middle of the room waiting for us, while all his other litter mates were asleep. Cooper was also the puppy that Vicky had picked in her profiling which would best suit our little family. When collecting Cooper, Vicky allowed us plenty of time to go through the paperwork and making sure all boxes were ticked in the handover of Cooper. Since bringing Cooper to his new home, she has been in contact checking on him, we've been in contact with Vicky asking questions and she has supported us thoroughly knowing we are new to owning a puppy. I can highly recommend Vicky and Nook on Lyne. The love, support and knowledge has been unbelievable from Vicky and we will always keep in contact as Cooper grows.
